About me.
I’m an award winning creative leader who believes that even the most complex science needs a human heartbeat.
With a background rooted in life sciences and pharma, I’ve spent my career turning high-stakes medical innovations—from gene therapies to oncology breakthroughs—into stories that actually resonate with people. For me, the work isn't just about the "big reveal" or the pitch win; it’s about building a creative culture where empathy drives the design and where teams feel safe enough to take the risks that lead to genuine connection.
I believe the most compelling ideas are the ones rooted in truth, empathy, and courage. I’m drawn to work that captures a hero’s journey and compresses complexity into a kind of psychological zip file, something that grabs your attention, sits with you, and keeps unfolding.
When the laptop closes, I trade creative direction at work for chaos coordination at home. I am a self proclaimed tabelscape artist who loves to create beautiful dinner gatherings for family and friends. I think for me, creativity never stops, it just changes form.
I’m a proud mama of 2, a dedicated scholar of early-2000s rom-coms (I will defend Wedding Crashers as a cinematic masterpiece), and a firm believer that the best inspiration usually strikes when you’re nowhere near a desk. I bring that same grounded, real-world perspective to my work and my team—because whether you’re launching a rare disease treatment or just trying to get through the week, it’s all about how you connect with the people in front of you.
